EGEA

Since 2015, I am part of the European Geography Association for students and young geographers (EGEA). I am involved in several ways, starting a local group in Innsbruck, visiting events and being the Website Coordinator. EGEA is a big network of geographers who want to learn more about the subject and other European countries. Every year, many activities take place like congresses, seminars, excursions, exchanges or hiking trips. In addition, several committees work on improving the association and spreading the word of geography. Read more about my experiences here (blog entry) and here (article).
